What Showreel Studio staff can see
Staff see names, counts, statuses and logs to run the service, never your films, scripts or decks.
Showreel Studio's staff have an admin portal for running the service. It shows metadata only: names, counts, statuses, dates, usage and recording logs. It never shows your films, storyboards, scripts or decks.
What staff can see
- Organisations: name, email domain, number of people, licence state, number of recordings, when someone was last active, and whether a Claude API key is set (its last four characters and who added it, never the key).
- People: email, organisation, role, when they joined and were last here, and whether they were removed.
- Invitations and licences: who was invited by whom, and each key's seats, dates and state.
- Usage: the kinds and counts of calls, as on your Organisation page.
- Recordings: the film's name and title, who started it, its status, times and any error. For a single recording, the last 80 lines of its log, which records what the recorder did.
- Links: the title, film name, audience, who can open it, and its number of views.
- Organisation kits: their names, versions and who shared them.
What staff can change
- Rename an organisation, or suspend it with a reason. A suspended organisation's people can still sign in, but nothing that needs a licence works, and its links stop playing until the suspension is lifted.
- Issue, change, revoke or move licence keys.
- Move people between organisations, change their role, remove or restore them. An organisation always keeps an owner.
- Cancel a running recording.
- Withdraw a published link, with a reason.
Every change staff make is written to a log, with who made it and when.
Who counts as staff
Only accounts Showreel Studio has named as staff can open the portal. Anyone else is refused. Staff see an Admin link in the web app's header; nobody else does.
