Record stale films again

Re-record films your app has outgrown, keeping their voice, and put the new version up for review.

When a freshness check finds a film out of date, you can record it again with its voice kept, so only the pictures change.

In the app

1. Open the film and go to Files.
2. Under Freshness, press Record again, voice kept. It shows once a check has found a change.
3. When it is done, press Check now to confirm every screen matches.
4. Press Share for review to put the new version in the web app.

In the terminal

Check every film, record the stale ones again, and share the new versions for review:

showreel fresh --recut --share

For each stale film, this:

1. Keeps the old cut in out/previous/.
2. Records the film again with its voice kept, and builds it.
3. Checks it again, and says whether every screen now matches.
4. With --share, sends the new cut to the web app as a new version.

To record one film again with its voice and bumpers kept, and rebuild it:

Nothing is published for you

When a film cannot be recorded again

If a control was renamed or removed, the film's steps stop partway, and the check says where. A film like that is not recorded again, because its steps need a person: record a new demonstration, or edit the line's steps.
